Charlie Compost will once again be leading us in a guided transformational breathwork event that combines two forms of breathwork: The Wim Hof method and the Conscious Circular breathing method.

This practice can help one explore the relationship between breath and body and learn techniques to awaken one's senses, increase vitality, and support well-being. You might find yourself accessing non-ordinary states, releasing physical tension, processing emotions, integrating insights, or even revisiting a prior psychedelic experience.

After a brief presentation of the structure of the techniques and what will be happening physiologically with your body, these techniques will be combined into one seamless flow to the rhythm of a curated sound track. At the end, there will be an opportunity to share a bit about your experience if you feel called to do so.

Whether new to breathwork or a practitioner yourself, we invite you to join us for this evening!
